Just listened to @mrbartonmaths podcast with @heymrshallahan from @TeacherTapp
Such a good episode. The prediction of onscreen assessments is interesting as we have been doing that for a few years in the IB MYP and they are bringing it into DP too.
@victoreulaiq They cover a mix of basic practice and then getting sequentially more difficult. They should give each question a go, then check the video if they get it wrong.
Most use it for revision, so will pick out what suits them.
Finished up the videos for the Binomial Expansion lesson in my online course yesterday. 30 videos in total. This is the first example where I introduce the structure I teach my students.

Everything you need to run ten focused CPD sessions — one for each principle.
👉 REPOST and comment ROSENSHINE and I’ll DM you the link. Cheers!

IB Maths Teachers
As students work towards the exams in May, they will probably be doing full sets of past papers. Help them understand the weighted totals for grade boundaries with this tool where the input paper marks.

I have been working on a IB Maths AAHL interactive and searchable formula booklet
Includes the official formulae, but also some more that students need to know.

Last year I created this short Desmos activity to help kids learn how to use it to create a Christmas picture. Feel free to use as term comes to a close.

Another post on this. If you know somebody studying IB maths, then they might want to take advantage of free access to my online course whilst it is still under construction.
@SuzanneRelou@MrMac_Math I know the curriculum Review incorporates Maths teachers, I was more meaning the bigger philosophy at the higher levels. I was told that Maths was going to be last subject to go to paperless exams, probably not until 2030.
@MrMac_Math@SuzanneRelou The thing that has always annoyed me about the IB, and is worse in MYP, is there doesn't seem to be any Maths teacher involved in decisions, as so little of the philosophy works for Maths.
