Camillo’s piece, ‘Broken…’, explores wastefulness and recycling within the realm of furniture design.
Camillo has been experimenting with the reuse of materials for over 10 years, and this passion has been very evident throughout his studio work.
Congratulations Camillo! #IE24
Well done to @InteriorsDJCAD@DJCAD graduate, Camillo Feuchter, who was awarded a Commendation in the @InteriorEds Awards 2024 for 'Writing'.
This category is for the most innovative, comprehensive, well-researched and critically informed dissertation, journal, essay or report.
The word ‘turntablism' acts as a catalyst. Drawing upon terminology such as mixing, cutting, and turning, the interior encourages a collaboration of function and radical design. The revolving motion of a turntable supports the idea of a space which never shuts.
Well done Elissa!
Congratulations to Level 3 @InteriorsDJCAD@DJCAD student Elissa Lee, who was the Winning Progressing Student in the ‘Interior Futures’ category in the @InteriorEds Awards 2024.

Brilliant Greta!
Well done to Greta Choi of Level 1 @InteriorsDJCAD who won The Armistead Bursary at @DJCAD Prize Giving.
Greta’s recent ‘Club Ecologies’ project adopted interior design adaptive reuse strategies to transform a former industrial silo into an exclusive nightclub.
The spatial design revolves around the visual, tactile and ‘mouthfeel’ textures of coffee, with inspiration drawn from the likes of the coffee making process.
This was then translated into a design concept with a strong focus on materiality and texture.
Congratulations Kayla!
