Yesterday was a good reminder of why so many community takeovers fail.

A group of us spent hours trying to organize a proper CTO for solana:3m5WmiAs3TewbB9S96jpwuGfodTnn4PVM8a1ytVQpump. While people were building, designing and trying to get things moving, a bad actor stepped in, used that momentum, collected around $200 from community members under the guise of funding the CTO, and disappeared.

That didn't sit right with me.

So today I stopped waiting for someone else to fix it.

I paid for the DEX myself, built the website, took over the work, and from this point forward I'm treating $POORGOAT like an actual project instead of a quick flip.

No fake promises.
No fantasy roadmap.
No "trust me bro."

Just consistent work.

@pizzabasedev1x - Just rinsing 0.1-0.5 SOL from the community. I literally built him a website as he approached me yesterday on getting solana:3m5WmiAs3TewbB9S96jpwuGfodTnn4PVM8a1ytVQpump CTO and even sent him SOL and went to sleep.

I can't believe I will have to do everything myself for this CTO and no one has good intensions.....

Just doubled my position to about 2.5% supply held. Will fix the website up, create X and pay for Dex within the next 4hours and document everything.

After that will add utility to the website and lay out my full long term plan.

Really was hoping not to get this deep in, but now with what happened twice I have no choice, but to do it and I have some amazing people supporting me

Even tho, this might not go to 100m, but we will try give the community who believe a place to call home
