VRS being the making the call to NHS119 part, & VRI being using the app while attending your appointment to access an online BSL Interpreter.
@QueerCantHear@BSLterplife Hi all! Currently we are permitted to accept VRI calls via the NHS119 service on the @SignVideo app. This is not set up or advertised as a replacement service, there for should only be used after all efforts to book a F2F Interpreter have been exhausted. Thanks.
