🎂Happy 50th to Maidenhead Library. The futuristic ABK designed building opened in July 1973, and was Grade II listed in 2003.
Its birthday bash was attended by former PM @theresa_may, our own @InterWarChurch, and Uncle Bulgaria from recycling pioneers @womblesofficial. Top that!

NEWS // The C20 Society has voiced strong opposition to plans to remove an important 1950s abstract mosaic from Basildon town centre. The artwork by leading sculptor Geoffrey Clarke is mounted on the second storey of a parade of shops threatened with demolition.
