For ONE YEAR NOW I've told @QuestDX several times via phone that they have the wrong procedure date on their bill therefore billed the wrong insurance co. They keep saying they will fix it but then I get a new bill for the same thing. 😡

Worst experiences with @UnitedAirlines_ @UnitedAirlines . Asked for a refund for flights that never happened during COVID, I am unable to use the credits to fly this year due to personal circums & they replied they will extend the exp of the credits fr 12/31/2023 to 12/31/2023!
