Award-winning Washington Post journalist and Pulitzer Prize recipient Thomas Pham LeGro has been arrested for possession of child p*rnography.

Authorities say multiple electronic devices were seized, including his work laptop, which allegedly contained a folder with 11 disturbing videos of child s*xual abuse material.

The files date from January 2022 to January 2023.

LeGro currently serves as Deputy Director of Video at the Washington Post and has also earned high-profile recognition, including an Emmy nomination.

A mother has been sentenced to life in prison for kidnapping and trafficking her six-year-old daughter.

She sold the child so her eyes and skin could be cut out and used in ritual medicine by a witch doctor.

The young girl disappeared mysteriously outside her home near Cape Town.

Her body has never been found.

Some prosecutors believe she may have been sold into slavery.
