The muscles I’ve been working on lately are definitely feeling sore. I don’t lift particularly heavy weights, but focusing on proper form seems to be paying off!
The daily changes are really small, but my body is definitely transforming!
I’m 57 and still got plenty of room to grow! 😁

Today’s abs 💪
Today I worked out using a balance ball and resistance bands.
Cross trainer 30min
It was a short session, but I worked out my whole body using resistance bands and a ball!
My abs and triceps were sore, so even though it looked easy, it was actually pretty tough.
