As many people may have already heard, I’m devastated to share with you all that my sister Dr Tasneem Mahmud passed away on Sunday 17th Dec, 2023.

As for #medtwitter, she loved being a doctor despite its many challenges. Though the conditions of the NHS severely need improvements, for my sister, it was her job that kept her going.
