As an introvert, I need to spend some time alone to reflect what I've done each day. I think it's very productive. As you've known we're obsessed with our own thoughts. Your emotion plays a big role in making good decision. Stay Calm & Stay Cool.

As an introvert, I feel tough to take lead and share my opinions with people who have higher authority to make decision. Leaders are the ones who dare to stand up for others, not pushing pressure on people with power.
