@OfficialADCB Here we go again. After 2 weeks, my bad experience with ADCB customer care has not come to an end. My case was closed before it was resolved 😲. Still cannot access my Etihad Guest account to redeem my travel miles. Very disappointed 😞

@OfficialADCB @ADCB Your team have been in touch wih me, but haven't solved the problem yet. As I explained, they closed the case before it was solved. So your claim by all means is not valid and is not helpful. In my case customer satisfaction is under scrutiny.

@OfficialADCB Despite my desperate contact by phone calls and email, I still cannot redeem my Etihad Guest miles of my visa card (Signature). Feeling disappointed!
