For the road to flood every time it rains, over 3 months after it was first reported is unacceptable

@LancashireCC This problem drain was reported to you on 30.09.22, (FY6 7QU) which has been causing a hazard to pedestrians for some time. Because you haven't sorted it, the whole road is blocked and inaccessible to pedestrians. Right on two bus stops. This is an emergency.
