@2ndChanceNed i believe na kaya mo maging mas brave at magiging maayos din ang takbo ng buhay. Maniwala ka rin sarili mo na kaya mo while having faith na God will send to you the right people, opportunities, and learning experiences.
sending β€οΈ your way beb!
@2ndChanceNed to still live your life to the fullest kahit pos.
Gawin mo pong health goal na tumaas ang cd4 count mo or maintain sa normal levels.
at syempre ang maging "undetected" "untransmissable" ang viral load mo.
@2ndChanceNed bebe wag kang matakot magpa CD 4 kasi alam mo na naman ang status mo. walang bearing si cd4 to make the situation and condition worse. And truth be told, mas makakatulong to sayo para mas malaman kung ano pa ang kailangan mo na medical intervention or mga gagawin mo
all these childhood and generational trauma... having to deal with it now is such a pain. but whatever it takes ti break the cycle or atleast put a dent on it and disrupt it in my lifetime will be a legacy to my next of kin!
Instilling shame for not fitting in your condescending mold does not make you aspirational. It makes you an outright bigot.

Do not shame people for not fitting in your standards.
