In today’s seminar, third-year students took part in lung function and Wingate test 🚲 The Wingate test, involving 30 seconds of all-out pedaling, is used to assess anaerobic power in exercise physiology.

We hope this experience helps shape better research topics and protocols📝

本日のゼミは、3年生みんなで肺機能の測定とウィンゲートテストを体験しました🚲
ウィンゲートテストは、30秒間全力ペダリングによって無酸素性パワーを評価するテストであり、運動生理学の実験によく用いられます。

今日の経験を踏まえて、より良い研究テーマやプロトコルを考えていきましょう📝

There were a few troubles and areas to improve, but he’s tackling each one carefully as he gets ready for the main experiment.
