So excited to finally introduce @trysecretsauce to the world. We were our own first customer, a game studio that needed millions of assets that matched our game world without looking generic. Nothing out there could do it, so we built it ourselves. Now we're 100% focused on bringing it to everyone else.

At this point, the real challenge started!
I dived deep into online resources to understand how ComfyUI worked and I stumbled upon the workflow of @ipivDev (📢big shout out📢) which was a game changer. I took it and made it mine by customizing the nodes with the ambition of creating a complete visual story.
I replaced the main generative model, tested different morphing masks, added more reference frames, and made the overall animation longer.
🔊By plugging ur own motion masks and adjusting Controlnet values you can define how prominent the motion mask should be and the overall flow.
This motion mask I made in #Touchdesigner to get a beatsynced animation. @1null1 (Free for non-commercial).
No post work, from Comfy:
oh here's the workflow with Hyper-SD and v3 motion model btw: https://t.co/iZqSXmlQL9
For this example I used this "motion mask" https://t.co/g39nMCamM9 as the controlnet input, kindly provided by /user/Titto13
I've implemented Hyper-SD (https://t.co/n7MaMMMuLG) to my Morph workflow
Allows use of V3 Motion model /w DPM and other samplers at low steps. Seems to improve quality, color and overall animation.
First non-cherrypicked results after tuning in the settings, straight from Comfy:
