@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This complaint was raised on 11th August. Spoke to Supervisor Sahil Sharma today and apparently there is no one senior at the customer service team above him. Not sure what to do. Happy to disconnect and port out. But that’s not being allowed either. Paying charges all month.

Absolutely disappointed by the quality of this Skoda Slavia - bought this in Sep 2023 and have faced this error in the last 2 months without a resolution.

This is absolutely horrible and unacceptable.
