The story of NdidI Nyoro and the MPs who missed parliament on the Finance Bill voting day should teach us that not participating in an election has the same consequences as voting for bad leaders and bills.
Qatar has held a World Cup where everyone who could afford to attend attended, wait till it's the USA hosting and they will have visa restrictions even on the players themselves 😂.
Kenneth Toroitich Kiplabat was brutally murdered and his Mercedes-Benz GLE dumped in Nakuru- He had just bought the guzzler.
The deceased was selling laptops
This is Singapore Prime Minister Lawrence Wong travelling from Singapore to Laos aboard a scheduled commercial flight operated by Lao Airlines, alongside ordinary passengers (left in the photo below).
Meanwhile, whenever we raise questions about President Ruto's use of expensive chartered private jets, UDA apologists rush to tell us that a President cannot possibly use Kenya Airways or other commercial airlines.
Yet these same people constantly tell us that Kenya should become like Singapore.
How do you become Singapore if you refuse to learn from what Singapore actually does?
And the examples don't stop there.
• Claudia Sheinbaum of Mexico recently travelled to Canada for the G7 Summit using Air Canada and has also flown on scheduled Aeromexico services, including a Boeing 787 flight from Barcelona.
• Maia Sandu of Moldova is known for regularly using commercial airlines, including low-cost carrier Wizz Air, for official travel within Europe.
My issue is not travel.
My issue is unnecessary expenditure and the lack of transparency surrounding these chartered flights.
If Kenya Airways was already operating flights to South Africa or Azerbaijan at around the same time, why should taxpayers bear the cost of chartering an expensive private jet?
At a time when Kenyans are being told to pay more taxes and tighten their belts, leadership should also demonstrate restraint.
That is the conversation we should be having.
I paid my daughter kshs200 for washing dishes but now that she's sleeping I just stole it. She has to learn early that crime rate is high in this country
You allowed foreign armed actors to operate within our region.
You attempted to hand strategic national assets to private interests.
You gave away public sugar factories.
You flirted with the sale of critical national infrastructure.
You burdened citizens with a failing healthcare system.
You continue to raid workers' savings and public funds while demanding even more sacrifices from ordinary Kenyans.
Now citizens are being told to trust the same leadership with matters that touch on public health, national security, and economic sovereignty.
A nation is not a business for sale. Its assets are not commodities to be auctioned. Its citizens are not subjects to be experimented on.
The Ruto government is just too much. These guys wake up every single day just to conjure up more ways to cause pain to Kenyans. I know we are expected to keep government in check as opposition but it’s literally impossible to keep up with the breadth and depth of the capacity for evil these guys have. It doesn’t have to be like this bwana. When we tell you just kicking Ruto out solves 80% of our problems you best believe! Just like he did with Haiti and now Ebola, for the right amount, this one can sell us to the devil himself!
BREAKING: As I promised you, today I expose how John Mbadi MISLED & LIED to Kenyans on phone prices in the Finance Bill.
I have now gone through:
-the Finance Bill 2026,
-the VAT Act,
-The Excise Duty Act.
And the truth is shocking.
Phone prices will go UP, not down.
Mbadi and UDA bloggers have been all over social media saying:
“Read the bill.”
“VAT on phones has been removed.”
“Taxes have been compressed into one tax.”
But after reading the ACTUAL laws, that is NOT what is happening.
Let's begin.
Finance Bill 2026 wants full suspension of data protection Act.
Here is how.
1. System Integration (Section 59A)
If your business sells over 5M annually:
• You shall connect your accounting system to KRA. Be it QuickBooks, zoho, etc
• To give KRA live feed of your transactions
Fail to comply: 100K penalty every month.
2. Crypto Reporting (Sections 6C & 6D)
• Kenyan crypto platforms must report all users trading history to KRA.
Fail to file: 1M penalty
3. Pre - filled Tax Returns
• KRA will generate tax returns for you based on any info available to them.
Meaning:
- KRA shall decide your tax bill
- You must prove them wrong
(Like what Shuru sent you on whatsapp)
4. Data Sources (Section 29A)
KRA can assess you using:
- eTIMS data
- Mpesa & Bank information
- Audits & inspections of related parties. eg your spouse, parents, customers, suppliers, etc
- Other govt system integrations. eg NTSA, Lands, KPLC, etc
5. Physical & Digital Access (Sections 58–60)
• KRA can enter your premises
• Inspect records
• Demand computer passwords & decryption keys
• Seize documents with a warrant
Meaning: KRA wants full suspension of data protection Act.
The pain in this man voice 😔:My prayer is 2027 ,we elect an economist like Mwai Kibaki, or better. A man who knows nothing but can't delete 😭. It's a shame !
