2025年，香港國際詩歌之夜以「浮標」為主題，邀請來自全球的十��位傑出詩人及十多位音樂家、藝術家、學者，共同展開了為期十二天的詩歌盛會。作為本屆詩歌節重要的文化成果，同名出版物《浮標》已由江蘇鳳凰文藝出版社出版。
