@LisaCypher @MikeSington That's not necessarily true. Dogs can develop fear reactions to all kinds of things, and most reactive bites are fear-based. Once that fear is ingrained, it can be extremely difficult to train out. Maybe he's just got a thing about big guys in sunglasses getting too close.

@CultExpert I mean, incitement is a crime, it just has to meet really specific criteria to lose 1A protection: (1) the advocacy is directed to inciting or producing imminent lawless action, and (2) is likely to incite or produce such action.
It's the "immenent" part that usually gets us.
