در محکومیت حادثه مسلحانه در واشنگتن

جبهه احیای قانون و حاکمیت ملی ایران، شبکه ایرانیاران و جبهه آزادی ایران، حمله مسلحانه شب گذشته در واشنگتن را که امنیت یک گردهمایی عمومی را هدف قرار داد، به‌شدت محکوم می‌کنند.

این رویداد بار دیگر نشان داد که حتی در جوامع مبتنی بر قانون نیز نمی‌توان تهدیدهای نوظهور علیه امنیت عمومی را نادیده گرفت. بر اساس گزارش‌های منتشرشده، عامل این حمله فردی دارای تحصیلات دانشگاهی بوده است؛ موضوعی که نشان می‌دهد ریشه چنین خشونت‌هایی را نمی‌توان صرفاً در فقر، حاشیه‌نشینی یا فقدان آموزش جست‌وجو کرد، بلکه باید آن را در چارچوب فرآیندهای پیچیده‌تر افراطی‌سازی، به‌ویژه در بستر فضای مجازی، بررسی کرد.

در این چارچوب، شبکه‌ها و کانون‌های نفرت‌پراکن با تولید و انتشار مستمر پیام‌های خصمانه، بذر خشم و تقابل را در ذهن افراد مستعد می‌کارند و به‌تدریج آنان را در معرض فرسایش روانی قرار می‌دهند. در چنین روندی، الزامی به عضویت مستقیم در یک سازمان یا ارتباط آشکار با ��ک مرکز مشخص وجود ندارد؛ اتصال به جریان‌های انتشار نفرت و قرار گرفتن در معرض پیام‌های مستمر تحریک‌آمیز، تحقیرکننده و خشونت‌طلبانه کافی است.

ما این پدیده را بخشی از یک راهبرد گسترده‌تر در قالب جنگ هیبریدی می‌دانیم؛ راهبردی که طی سال‌های اخیر از سوی برخی حکومت‌های اقتدارگرا، از جمله حاکمیت جمهوری اسلامی ایران، برای تضعیف انسجام اجتماعی در جوامع قانون‌مدار، فرسایش اعتماد عمومی به قانون و سست‌کردن پیوند شهروندان با نظم مدنی به کار گرفته شده است.

در عین حال، داده‌ها و اظهارات مختلف نشان می‌دهد که شبکه‌های انسانی وابسته به این ساختارها در خارج از کشور نیز قابل توجه‌اند. حضور گسترده بستگان و وابستگان مقامات جمهوری اسلامی در کشورهای غربی، موضوعی است که هم در گزارش‌های رسانه‌ای بین‌المللی و هم در اظهارات برخی مقام‌های نزدیک به ساختار قدرت بازتاب یافته است. این مجموعه شواهد نشان می‌دهد که چنین ظرفیتی، در صورت بهره‌برداری سازمان‌یافته، می‌تواند در چارچوب الگوهای نفوذ، شبکه‌سازی و اثرگذاری مورد استفاده قرار گیر�� و نباید دست‌کم گرفته شود.

پایبندی به قانون، یکی از ارکان بنیادین جوامع دموکراتیک است و طراحان این نوع جنگ، دقیقاً همین بنیان را هدف قرار داده‌اند. تضعیف اعتماد به سازوکارهای حقوقی و کاهش التزام به حل‌وفصل اختلافات در چارچوب قانون، می‌تواند به فرسایش تدریجی این جوامع از درون و حتی بی‌ثباتی ساختاری بینجامد؛ وضعیتی که مطلوب طراحان چنین راهبردهایی است. از این رو، مواجهه با این تهدید مستلزم هوشیاری و اقدام قاطع است و هرگونه تعلل در این زمینه پیامدهای جدی در پی خواهد داشت.

ما تأکید می‌کنیم که مقابله با این تهدید صرفاً به برخورد با عاملان مستقیم خشونت محدود نمی‌شود. در کنار اجرای قانون درباره مرتکبان، لازم است کانون‌های تولید و توزیع نفرت، شبکه‌های افراطی‌سازی آنلاین و سازوکارهای پنهان تحریک به خشونت نیز در اولویت اقدامات حقوقی و امنیتی قرار گیرند. ابزارهای سنتی اجرای قانون برای مقابله با این نوع تهدیدات کفایت نمی‌کنند و جوامع قانون‌مدار ناگزیرند سازوکارهای خود را متناسب با این شکل ا�� تهدیدات پیچیده به‌روز کنند.

در پایان، تأکید می‌کنیم که صیانت از جامعه آزاد، مستلزم اقدام مؤثر در شناسایی و برچیدن شبکه‌های نفرت‌پراکنی و افراطی‌سازی در سطح جهانی، به‌ویژه در ایران، است.

Condemning the Armed Incident in Washington

The Iran Front for Revival of Law & National Sovereignty, the Iran Yaran Network, and the Iran Freedom Front strongly condemn last night’s armed attack in Washington, which targeted the safety of a public gathering.

This incident once again demonstrates that even in law-based societies, emerging threats to public security cannot be ignored. According to available reports, the perpetrator was an individual with a university education. This indicates that the roots of such violence cannot be explained solely by poverty, marginalisation, or lack of education, but must be examined within more complex processes of radicalisation, particularly in the context of digital environments.

In this regard, networks and hubs that spread hatred continuously produce and disseminate hostile messages, planting seeds of anger and confrontation in susceptible individuals and gradually subjecting them to psychological erosion. In such a process, there is no need for direct membership in an organisation or clear links to a specific center. Exposure to ongoing streams of inciting, demeaning, and violence-promoting content is sufficient.

We consider this phenomenon to be part of a broader strategy of hybrid warfare, a strategy that in recent years has been employed by certain authoritarian governments, including the ruling regime of the Islamic Republic of Iran, to weaken social cohesion in law-based societies, erode public trust in the rule of law, and undermine the bond between citizens and civic order.

At the same time, various data and statements indicate that human networks associated with these structures are also significant outside the country. The widespread presence of relatives and affiliates of officials of the Islamic Republic in Western countries has been reflected both in international media reports and in statements by figures close to the power structure. This body of evidence suggests that, if organised and utilised, such capacity could be employed within patterns of influence, networking, and impact, and should not be underestimated.

Adherence to the rule of law is one of the fundamental pillars of democratic societies, and it is precisely this foundation that the architects of such strategies seek to target. Undermining trust in legal mechanisms and weakening commitment to resolving disputes within the framework of law can lead to gradual internal erosion and even structural instability, an outcome that aligns with the objectives of such strategies. Therefore, confronting this threat requires vigilance and decisive action, and any delay will have serious consequences.

We emphasise that addressing this threat cannot be limited to dealing only with the direct perpetrators of violence. Alongside enforcing the law against offenders, it is essential that centers of hate production and distribution, online radicalisation networks, and covert mechanisms of incitement to violence be placed at the forefront of legal and security priorities. Traditional law enforcement tools are insufficient to address such threats, and law-based societies must update their mechanisms to respond effectively to these complex forms of danger.

In conclusion, we stress that safeguarding a free society requires effective action to identify and dismantle networks of hate dissemination and radicalisation at the global level, particularly in Iran.

جبهه احیای قانون و #حاکمیت_ملی ایران، شبکه #ایرانیاران و #جبهه #آزادی #ایران، با ابراز نگرانی نسبت به حوادث و تنش‌های رخ‌داده در روز پایانی «کنگره آزادی ایرانیان» در لندن، هرگونه رفتار خشونت‌آمیز، اخلال‌گرانه و ناقض کرامت انسانی را قاطعانه محکوم می‌کنند.

ما بر این باوریم که گذار ایران به سوی نظمی مبتنی بر حاکمیت قانون، صرفاً از مسیر التزام عملی به اصول بنیادین حقوق بشر، از جمله آزادی بیان، آزادی تجمع و احترام به تکثر آرا میسر خواهد بود. هرگونه اقدام در جهت حذف، ارعاب یا خاموش‌سازی صداهای متفاوت، بازتولید همان الگوهای تمامیت‌خواهانه‌ای است که #ملت_ایران طی دهه‌ها با آن مواجه بوده است.

این سه نهاد، بر پایه مأموریت و اصول مصرح در «بیانیه هفده‌ماده‌ای» و «منشور اجرایی دوران گذار»، خود را متعهد به صیانت از #آزادی_بیان برای تمامی افراد و جریان‌ها، حتی مخالفان فکری و سیا��ی می‌دانند. از منظر ما، مشروعیت نیروهای سیاسی در آینده ایران نه از طریق حذف رقبا، بلکه از رهگذر پذیرش رقابت آزاد، شفاف و مبتنی بر گفت‌وگوی مدنی حاصل می‌شود.

در همین چارچوب، هرگونه گرایش به تمامیت‌خواهی، انحصارطلبی از سوی هر فرد یا جریان، مردود و مغایر با اصول ��موکراتیک تلقی می‌گردد. تجربه تاریخی ایران و دیگر جوامع نشان داده است که انکار تکثر سیاسی، نهایتاً به بن‌بست و بازتولید استبداد منتهی خواهد شد.

ما با صراحت تأکید می‌کنیم که اختلافات سیاسی، تحت هیچ شرایطی توجیه‌کننده خشونت، تهدید یا ارعاب نیست. توسل به حذف فیزیکی، ایجاد رعب و سرکوب دگراندیشان، در تعارض آشکار با ارزش‌های آزادی‌خواهانه ملت ایران قرار دارد و باید به‌طور قاطع طرد شود.

همچنین تأکید می‌کنیم که پلورالیسم سیاسی، پذیرش تنوع اندیشه‌ها و تضمین مشارکت برابر تمامی جریان‌ها، تنها مسیر پایدار برای تحقق آینده‌ای آزاد، قانون‌مدار و باثبات برای ایران است.

در این میان، یادآوری می‌کنیم که جاویدنام دکتر #مسعود_مسجودی، عضو کادر مرکزی جبهه احیای قانون و حاکمیت ملی ایران، پس از افشای برخی از این جریان‌ها، به‌طرزی فاجعه‌بار در کانادا به قتل رسید. این رویداد، هشداری جدی نسبت به پیامدهای خطرناک رادیکالیسم و خشونت سیاسی به‌شمار می‌رود.

ما از نهادهای مسئول در کشورهای میزبان می‌خواهیم با بررسی دقیق این شبکه‌ها و برخورد قانونی با عاملان خشونت، ��منیت فعالان سیاسی و مدنی را تضمین کرده و مانع از گسترش فرهنگ ارعاب و بی‌قانونی در فضای سیاسی شوند، پدیده‌ای که می‌تواند به‌طور بالقوه امنیت جوامع میزبان را نیز تحت تأثیر قرار دهد.

در پایان، جبهه احیای قانون و حاکمیت ملی ایران، شبکه ایرانیاران و جبهه آزادی ایران از تمامی کنشگران سیاسی و مدنی دعوت می‌کنند با پرهیز از رفتارهای تنش‌زا و با پایبندی به اصول رقابت سالم، در جهت شکل‌گیری فرهنگی مبتنی بر مدارا، قانون‌گرایی و مسئولیت‌پذیری گام بردارند.

آینده ایران نه در حذف یکدیگر، بلکه در پذیرش و همزیستی مبتنی بر احترام متقابل ساخته خواهد شد.

Joint Statement by the Iran Front for the Revival of Law and National Sovereignty, The IranYaran Network and Iran Freedom Front Condemning the Incidents and Tensions at Iran Freedom Congress in London

The Front for the Revival of Law and National Sovereignty, The IranYaran Network and Iran Freedom Front express their concern regarding the incidents and tensions that occurred on the final day of the “#Iran_Freedom_Congress convention” in London. We strongly condemn any form of violent, disruptive behavior and any actions that violate human dignity.

We believe that Iran’s transition toward a system based on the rule of law can only be achieved through a genuine commitment to fundamental human rights principles, including freedom of expression, freedom of assembly, and respect for pluralism. Any attempt to silence, intimidate, or eliminate dissenting voices represents a reproduction of the same totalitarian patterns that the Iranian people have faced for decades.

Based on the mission and principles outlined in the “Seventeen-Point Manifesto” and the “Executive Charter for the Transitional Period,” these three entities affirm their commitment to safeguarding freedom of expression for all individuals and groups, including their ideological and political opponents. In our view, the legitimacy of political forces in Iran’s future will not be derived from the exclusion of rivals, but from the acceptance of free, transparent competition and civil dialogue.

Within this framework, any tendency toward totalitarianism or monopolization of representation by any individual or group is rejected as incompatible with democratic principles. Historical experience in Iran and elsewhere has shown that denying political pluralism ultimately leads to deadlock and the reproduction of authoritarianism.

We explicitly emphasize that political differences can never justify violence, threats, or intimidation under any circumstances. Resorting to physical elimination, spreading fear, and suppressing dissent stands in clear contradiction to the freedom-seeking values of the Iranian people and must be firmly rejected.

We further stress that political pluralism, the acceptance of diverse viewpoints, and the guarantee of equal participation for all political currents constitute the only sustainable path toward building a free, law-based, and stable future for #Iran.

In this context, we recall that the late Dr. #Masoud_Masjoudi, a member of the central leadership of the #Iran_Front for the Revival of Law and National Sovereignty, was tragically murdered in Canada after exposing some of these networks. This incident serves as a serious warning regarding the dangerous consequences of radicalism and political violence.

We call on the responsible authorities in host countries to thoroughly investigate such networks and to take legal action against perpetrators of violence, in order to ensure the safety of political and civil activists and to prevent the spread of a culture of intimidation and lawlessness—phenomena that may also pose risks to the security of host societies.

In conclusion, the Iran Front for the Revival of Law and National Sovereignty, The IranYaran Network and Iran Freedom Front call on all political and civil actors to refrain from inflammatory behavior and to adhere to the principles of fair competition, contributing to the development of a culture based on tolerance, rule of law, and responsibility.

The future of Iran will be built not through the exclusion of one another, but through mutual acceptance and coexistence based on respect.

بیانیه جبهه احیای قانون و حاکمیت ملی ایران در محکومیت قتل دکتر #مسعود_مسجودی

#جبهه احیای قانون و حاکمیت ملی #ایران با اندوه و نگرانی عمیق، قتل دکتر مسعود مسجودی، استاد پیشین دانشگاه و از اعضای این جبهه را که بنا بر گزارش‌های منتشر شده در #کانادا رخ داده است، به شد��دترین وجه محکوم می‌کند.

بر اساس آخرین یافته‌های منتشرشده از سوی نهادهای پلیسی و قضایی کانادا، دو نفر در ارتباط با این پرونده ��ازداشت و به اتهام قتل درجه یک متهم شده‌اند. این تحول نشان می‌دهد که روند قضایی برای روشن شدن ابعاد این جنایت آغاز شده است و ما امیدواریم حقیقت به‌طور کامل آشکار شود و عدالت در مورد عاملان و آمران احتمالی این قتل اجرا گردد.

دکتر #مسجودی از چهره‌های فعال در عرصه دفاع از قانون، شفافیت و پاسخگویی در جامعه ایرانیان خارج از کشور بود. او در سال‌های اخیر با پیگیری مجموعه‌ای از اقدامات و کارزارهای حقوقی و سیاسی تلاش می‌کرد آنچه را که نقض قانون، بی‌پاسخ‌ماندن تخلفات و سوءاستفاده از سازوکارهای عمومی می‌دانست، در چارچوب نظام حقوقی کانادا و از طریق مراجع قانونی به چ��لش بکشد.

جبهه احیای قانون و حاکمیت ملی ایران خاطرنشان می‌کند که دکتر مسجودی در نهایت قربانی همان پدیده‌ای شد که همواره نسبت به آن هشدار می‌داد: قانون‌شکنی، خشونت سیاسی و روحیه تمامیت‌خواهی که به جای پاسخگویی در برابر قانون، به حذف و ارعاب متوسل می‌شود.

بی‌تردید، منازعات و مجادلات آنلاین به‌تنهایی نمی‌تواند انگیزه‌ای کافی برای ارتکاب قتل یک انسان اندیشمند باشد. بر اساس شواهد موجود، حذف فیزیکی دکتر مسجودی را باید سومین و آخرین مرحله از فرآیندی دانست که با تخریب و فحاشی آغاز شد، با تهدید ادامه یافت و سرانجام به قتل این اندیشمند انجامید.

بر این اساس، قتل دکتر مسعود مسجودی را نمی‌توان صرفاً یک اقدام جنایی منفرد تلقی کرد، بلکه نشانه‌هایی وجود دارد که آن را به یک «قتل محفلی» و از پیش طراحی‌شده در چارچوب شبکه‌هایی خطرناک مرتبط می‌سازد؛ همان شبکه‌هایی که دکتر مسجودی در دوران حیات خود بارها نسبت به فعالیت و نفوذ آن‌ها هشدار داده بود. از این منظر، مسئولیت حقوقی و قضایی این اقدام جنایی تنها به عاملان مستقیم محدود نمی‌شود، بلکه می‌تواند شامل آمران، محرکان و سایر افرادی نیز باشد که در شکل‌گیری این روند نقش داشته‌اند.

جبهه احیای قانون و حاکمیت ملی ایران هشدار می‌دهد که این قتل را نباید یک رویداد جنایی جداگانه تلقی کرد؛ بلکه آن را باید بخشی از یک کارزار گسترده تخریب، تهدید و حذف دانست که هدف آن خاموش کردن هر صدای مخالف به هر شیوه ممکن است و برای رسیدن به این هدف، حتی از حذف فیزیکی منتقدان نیز ابایی ندارد.

در این چارچوب، ما از دستگاه‌های قضایی و نهادهای مسئول درخواست می‌کنیم که اقدامات تأمینی و پیشگیرانه لازم را با جدیت به کار گیرند تا پیش از آنکه افراد بی‌گناه بیشتری قربانی این کارزار تهدید، تخریب و حذف شوند، از گسترش چنین روند خطرناکی جلوگیری شود.
جبهه احیای قانون و #حاکمیت_ملی #ایران ضمن ابراز همدردی با خانواده، دوستان و همکاران دکتر مسجودی، از مقام‌های مسئول در کانادا می‌خواهد که این پرونده را با نهایت دقت، شفافیت و استقلال قضایی پیگیری کنند تا تمامی ابعاد این جنایت روشن شود و عدالت به‌طور کامل اجرا گردد.
ما همچنین تأکید می‌کنیم که مبارزه برای حاکمیت قانون، آزادی بیان و پاسخگویی در برابر قانونبا حذف فیزیکی یا ارعاب فعالان مدنی متوقف نخواهد شد. یاد و نام دکتر مسعود مسجودی به عنوان کسی که برای دفاع از قانون و مقابله با بی‌قانونی ایستادگی کرد، در این مسیر باقی خواهد ماند.

Statement by the Iran Front For The Revival of Law & National Sovereignty Condemning the Murder of Dr. Masoud Masjoody

The #Iran_Front For The Revival of Law & The Iran Front For The Revival of Law & National Sovereignty notes that Dr. Masjoody ultimately became a victim of the very phenomenon about which he consistently warned: lawlessness, political violence, and a totalitarian mindset that resorts to intimidation and elimination instead of accountability before the law.
Sovereigntyexpresses its deep sorrow and grave concern over the murder of Dr. #Masoud_Masjoody, a former university instructor and a member of this Front, which according to published reports occurred in #Canada. We condemn this crime in the strongest possible terms.

According to the latest findings released by Canadian police and judicial authorities, two individuals have been arrested in connection with this case and charged with first-degree murder. This development indicates that the judicial process to uncover the full dimensions of this crime has begun. We hope that the truth will be fully revealed and that justice will be served with respect to both the perpetrators and any possible instigators behind this killing.

Dr. #Masjoody was an active figure in the defense of the rule of law, transparency, and accountability within the Iranian community abroad. In recent years, through a series of legal and political initiatives and campaigns, he sought to challenge what he considered violations of the law, unaddressed misconduct, and abuses of public mechanisms, pursuing these issues within the framework of the Canadian legal system and through lawful institutional channels.

The #Iran Front For The Revival of Law & National Sovereignty notes that Dr. Masjoody ultimately became a victim of the very phenomenon about which he consistently warned: lawlessness, political violence, and a totalitarian mindset that resorts to intimidation and elimination instead of accountability before the law.

Undoubtedly, online disputes and arguments alone cannot constitute a sufficient motive for the murder of an intellectual. Based on the available evidence, the physical elimination of Dr. Masjoody must be regarded as the third and final stage of a processthat began with defamation and verbal abuse, continued with threats, and ultimately culminated in the killing of this scholar.

Accordingly, the murder of Dr. #MasoudMasjoody cannot be viewed merely as an isolated criminal act. Rather, there are indications that it may be linked to a premeditated “circle killing” carried out within dangerous networks, the very networks about which Dr. #Masjoody repeatedly warned during his lifetime. From this perspective, the legal and judicial responsibility for this criminal act cannot be limited solely to the direct perpetrators, but may also extend to instigators, organizers, and others who played a role in the development of this process.

Regarding the Disappearance of Dr. #Massoud_Masjoudi

The “Iran Front for the Revival of Law and National Sovereignty” has learned with grave alarm and deep distress of the disappearance of Dr. Massoud Masjoudi, an active and courageous member of this Front, in #Burnaby, #British_Columbia, #Canada.
Dr. Masjoudi devoted many years of principled and determined effort to the restoration of the rule of law, the defense of the rights of Iranian citizens, and the exposure and confrontation of the influence and intimidation networks linked to the Islamic Republic within the host countries of Iranian communities. In this struggle, he endured serious personal sacrifices, including prolonged sit-ins and hunger strikes.
Crucially, the danger now surrounding his disappearance is precisely the same danger that Dr. Masjoudi had repeatedly and publicly warned Canadian authorities, institutions, and public opinion about in recent years:
the systematic threat to the lives and safety of Iranian political and human rights activists affiliated with the Iranian opposition in Canada.
The involvement of the British Columbia Police Homicide Investigation Team, and the official acknowledgment that the circumstances of his disappearance are suspicious and abnormal, has justifiably heightened public concern and underscores the seriousness of this case.
While the “Iran Front for the Revival of Law and National Sovereignty” will exercise restraint and patience until the completion of the criminal and official investigations, we emphasize in the strongest terms that the Government of Canada bears a fundamental responsibility to protect the lives, safety, and security of political and human rights activists on its soil. Canada’s commitment to democracy, the rule of law, and human rights is measured not by declarations, but by the effective protection of those who exercise these freedoms in practice.
Any attack, intimidation, disappearance, or act of violence targeting Iranian political or human rights activists in Canada must be regarded not merely as an attack on individuals, but as an attack on Canada’s democratic order itself. Failure to confront such threats decisively risks emboldening transnational repression and undermining public trust in democratic institutions.
We express our appreciation to the authorities of the British Columbia Police and the Homicide Investigation Team for their prompt and serious engagement with this case. At the same time, we call upon the Government of Canada to treat this matter with the utmost urgency and gravity it demands.
We urge all Iranians in Canada and around the world who may possess any information regarding Dr. Masjoudi’s final days, movements, or any detail that could assist the investigation, to contact the police immediately.
In these difficult and critical moments, the Iranian Front for the Revival of Law and National Sovereignty stands firmly with the respected family of Dr. Massoud Masjoudi, as well as his friends and colleagues. We earnestly hope to receive news of his safe recovery as soon as possible.

“جبهه احیای قانون و حاکمیت ملی ایران “با نگرانی عمیق، خشم فروخورده و تأثر جدی از خبر ��اپدید شدن دکتر مسعود مسجودی، عضو فعال، شجاع و متعهد این جبهه، در شهر برنابی، استان بریتیش کلمبیا، کانادا مطلع شده است.
دکتر مسجودی سالیان متمادی با پایبندی اصولی و شجاعانه، در مسیر احیای حاکمیت قانون، دفاع از حقوق شهروندان ایرانی و افشای شبکه‌های تهدید، ارعاب و نفوذ منتسب به جمهوری اسلامی در کشورهای میزبان ایرانیان فعالیت کرده است. وی در این راه هزینه‌های سنگینی از جمله تحصن‌ها و اعتصاب‌های غذا را متحمل شد و همواره خطرات ناشی از این فعالیت‌ها را آگاهانه به جان خرید.
نکته‌ای که امروز بر شدت نگرانی‌ها می‌افزاید آن است که خطری که اکن��ن جان دکتر مسجودی را تهدید می‌کند، دقیقاً همان خطری است که او طی سال‌های اخیر بارها و به‌صراحت تلاش کرده بود توجه دولت، مقامات رسمی و افکار عمومی کانادا را به آن جلب کند؛ یعنی
تهدید سازمان‌یافته جان و امنیت فعالان سیاسی و حقوق بشر وابسته به اپوزیسیون ایرانی در خاک کانادا.
ورود تیم ویژه تحقیقات قتل پلیس بریتیش کلمبیا به این پرونده و اعلام رسمی ماهیت مشکوک و غیرعادی ناپدید شدن دکتر مسجودی، بیانگر جدیت وضعیت و ضرورت برخوردی قاطع، شفاف و مسئولانه با این پرونده است.
“جبهه احیای قانون و حاکمیت ملی ایران”، ضمن تأکید بر شکیبایی و خویشتن‌داری تا روشن شدن کامل نتا��ج تحقیقات جنایی و رسمی پلیس کانادا، با صراحت اعلام می‌کند که دولت کانادا مسئولیت مستقیم و غیرقابل‌انکار در قبال حفظ جان، امنیت و آزادی فعالان سیاسی و حقوق بشر در قلمرو خود دارد. تعهد کانادا به دموکراسی، حقوق بشر و حاکمیت قانون، نه در شعار، بلکه در توانایی و اراده آن برای حفاظت عملی از کنشگران سیاسی و مدنی سنجیده می‌شود.
ما تأکید می‌کنیم که هرگونه تهدید، حمله، ارعاب، ناپدیدسازی یا خشونت علیه فعالان سیاسی و حقوق بشر ایرانی در کانادا، باید از سوی دولت کانادا نه صرفاً به‌عنوان یک جرم عادی، بلکه بمثابه حمله‌ای مستقیم به دموکراسی و نظم حقوقی کانادا تلقی شود. بی‌توجهی یا تساهل در برابر چنین تهدیدهایی، زمینه‌ساز گسترش سرکوب فرامرزی و تضعیف اعتماد عمومی به نهادهای دموکراتیک خواهد بود.
"جبهه احیای قانون و حاکمیت ملی ایران" از ورود سریع و جدی پلیس بریتیش کلمبیا و تیم تحقیقات ویژه قتل به این پرونده قدردانی می‌کند، اما هم‌زمان از دولت کانادا انتظار دارد این پرونده را با بالاترین سطح فوریت، شفافیت و حساسیت سیاسی و حقوقی پیگیری کند.

جبهه احیای قانون و حاکمیت ملی ایران، در شرایطی که کشور با بحرانی عمیق در مشروعیت، حکمرانی و حقوق بنیادین ��هروندان روبه‌روست، حمایت قاطع خود را از فراخوان احزاب #کردستان برای اعتصاب سراسری اعلام می‌دارد. این فراخوان را باید بخشی از حق مشروع مردم برای مقاومت مدنی، اعتراض مسالمت‌آمیز و مطالبه حاکمیت قانون دانست.
ما از همه احزاب، گروه‌های سیاسی، تشکل‌های مدنی، صنوف، کارگران، معلمان، دانشجویان، بازاریان و فعالان اجتماعی در سراسر کشور دعوت می‌کنیم که فارغ از گرایش‌های فکری و سیاسی، از این فراخوان اعتصاب حمایت کنند

#جبهه_احیای_قانون_و_حاکمیت_ملی_ایران بر ضرورت وحدت همه نیروهای سیاسی و اجتماعی تأکید می‌کند و هرگونه موضع‌گیری جناحی، انحصارطلبانه یا اقدام تفر��ه‌افکنانه را در این مقطع تاریخی به زیان منافع ملت ایران می‌داند. امروز، تقدم با هدف مشترک است: پایان دادن به حاکمیت بی‌قانونی و بازگرداندن سیاست به چارچوب حقوق عمومی.

At a time when Iran is facing a profound crisis of legitimacy, governance, and fundamental civil rights, the Iran Front for the Revival of Law and National Sovereignty, hereby declares its firm support for the call issued by #Kurdish political parties for a nationwide general strike.

This call must be understood as part of the people’s legitimate right to civil resistance, peaceful protest, and the demand for the rule of law.

We call upon all political parties, political groups, civil society organisations, professional associations, workers, teachers, students, merchants, and social activists across the country, regardless of ideological or political orientation, to support this call for a general strike.

The #Iran Front for the Revival of Law and National Sovereignty, emphasises the necessity of unity among all political and social forces and considers any factional, exclusionary, or divisive positioning at this historic moment to be contrary to the national interests of the #Iranian people.
Today, priority must be given to a shared objective: ending the rule of lawlessness and restoring politics to the framework of public law.

The Iran Front for the Revival of Law and National Sovereignty, which from the outset has stressed the necessity of coordinated national action and the return of popular protests to a law-based path, calls upon all social groups and sectors throughout the country to join these protests and to form a unified voice in defense of popular sovereignty and a law-governed transition.

Finally, the Iran Front for the Revival of Law and National Sovereignty, calls upon all democratic governments, international institutions, and human rights organisations to respect the will of the Iranian people and to express their full support for the Iranian people’s uprising as a national and inclusive demand that serves no particular faction or group, but rather upholds the universal principles of freedom, human rights, and the rule of law.

Iran, now more than ever, is in need of national solidarity and a transition grounded in the rule of law.
