Three weeks ago I almost lost my guy to “the biggest, rarest pulmonary embolism” the doctors had ever seen. “Lucky to be alive” one said a couple days ago. So as soon as he was given the all-clear for car travel, we jumped in it and headed south to celebrate life. #FUPE
