@DanMulhall It’s all about acceptance. The Irish, for generations, have emigrated and probably are one of the biggest diaspora around the world. We are accepted ( mostly) and integrate, whilst retaining our Irishness, should we not be able to do the same for migrants coming to Ireland?

@ChefBrianMcD Genuine question — why use rapeseed oil in recipes when seed oils are increasingly criticised by some health experts? Why not use options like extra virgin olive oil, butter, ghee or avocado oil instead?
