In April 2015, two men on a bodaboda were riding on a road near the Syokimau Chief’s Camp when they were stopped by the AP police in civilian clothing. The passenger was Josphat Mwenda. After a brief altercation, Sergeant Ole Leliman shot Mwenda on the arm. (A thread)
