1. Every system needs regulations to work efficiently but we don’t implement regulations here - Behavioural
2. We need diverse means of transport in urban areas but all we have is roads. - urban planning

@YudahBrown @KDarklove Read the Land Use and Spatial Planning Act, Act 925 where everything about unauthorized development is boldly spelt out. A District Planning Authority can demolish your building if it is on a public land. Eg. road, school and waterway without notice and surcharge the developer.

@Serhnar It'll surprise you to know that we have beautiful acts and regulations in this country but enforcing them is the greatest challenge. If we enforce up to half of them we'll be better off.

@Serhnar These are the consequences when a country decides to neglect Spatial Planning and develop anyhow. The district assemblies, planners, engineers, land owners, citizens are all at fault. Infact, the whole country is a disaster.
