उ.प्र. रेरा में शिकायत दर्ज होते ही प्रोमोटर ने आवंटियों को ब्याज सहित निवेशित धनराशि वापस कर दी। शिकायत दर्ज करने से मात्र एक माह के अंदर निवेशित धनराशि विलम्ब अवधि के ब्याज सहित आवंटियों को वापस मिली।
रेरा है तो भरोसा है।

Waha bhi na dete, kisne kaha tha Dene ko। Itna dimaag aur muh builder se chalaya hota to kuch kaam bhi ho jata। Waise supreme court bhi hai, uspe to bharosa hai na, waha bhi free ka case nahi hota, bol do SC bhi rishwat leta hai।

Without official complaint nothing will move. An educated and smart person acts lawfully to fight till last. Understand, ur act is supporting Builder.

An official complaint put more force of compliance on promoter apart from other measures. Rest is yours decision. Social media won't help, see Amrapali.

You have booked a unit then u should stick with possession, extension of project has provisions in Act so debate on that won't be fruitful.

@RISENOIDA @UPRERAofficial @10 After enforcement of RERA, 1st May'16, this has become really tough. Banks are also following RERA guidelines and now Architect,CA n Engineer need to approve for withdrawal from Escrow a/c. Kindly check, such matters could be pre-RERA era when no rule was available.

@advocateaksinha @UPRERAofficial Powers of collection of recovery certificate has been given to State Administration: DM, SDM and collector. Hence, RERA can't help in this but yes appeal in court for its execution can help.
