ISC House Sports Event was a great success and the kids showed themselves to be very sporting competitors. They earned lots of house points and have kept the House Cup competition wide open as we head into the final few days of this academic year. #ISC #internationalschoolofcomo

Over the past few weeks, several children have been busy building robots, competing with schools around the world in the Inspired Builds competition. It is fantastic news that we can say that the robot of Theo, Edoardo, Jordan and Louison has won the age 10-11 category! #ISC

Our Grade 9 students have just returned from an enriching 2 day trip to Liguria. They showed our values of the Learner Profile and its many attitudes. This was an unforgettable experience and a wonderful opportunity for the students to bond and enjoy a trip together. #ISC #trip

This week at ISC we said goodbye to an exceptional group of students, our “Class of 2022”. Their graduation ceremony was held at the wonderful Mandarin Oriental hotel. At ISC, a home is something that they will always have. Well done to our Grade 13 students, and good luck! #ISC

High school Biology and Art students had the opportunity to visit the Real Bodies exhibition in Lugano to enhance their learning in both subjects. Students were able to observe real human bodies to enable them to bring their learning to life. #ISC #internationalschoolofcomo

This Saturday our Robotics team competed in their first ever FLL Italia Robotics competition in Piacenza. Excitement for the event had been brewing all week and despite the early start, there was an incredible buzz amongst the team. They loved every minute of it!

Yesterday in the PYP we officially launched the grade 6 exhibition. The Grade 6 children met their mentors for the first time to discuss their ideas. We have some incredible central ideas this year and there is a buzz of excitement in the grade 6 corridor.

Grade 3 explored the Museo Nazionale della Scienza e della Tecnologia Leonardo da Vinci in Milan as part of their unit on Forces and Motion. We looked at the many vehicles on display and we saw an exhibition about Space. #ISC #internationalschoolofcomo #ibschool #memberofinspired
