Bosnia and Herzegovina fans chanting for Palestine in the streets of Toronto on their way to their first game at the 2026 World Cup 🇵🇸🇧🇦
Fans will always save the tournament!
"Even the Nazis tried to tone things down a bit. Before the 1936 Olympics in Berlin, acutely conscious of how it might be perceived by foreign visitors, the Third Reich tried to soften some of its harder, more intolerant edges. Antisemitic signs and images were removed from shops and other public places. Der Stürmer was removed from newspaper kiosks. Paragraph 175, the country’s strict anti‑homosexuality law, was temporarily suspended.
By contrast, the 2026 men’s World Cup is being co-hosted in a country utterly indifferent to what a foreign visitor might think of it. In this respect, the US of Donald Trump is tonally different to any host of a major sporting event that has preceded it: a country that actively wants you to see the darkness in its heart, the inhumanity at its core, that gets off on your revulsion."

BREAKING: Justice Jeremy Johnson has ruled that the Filton 4 will be sentenced as terrorists – even though two juries refused to convict them of violence charges over their efforts to disable an Israeli factory in the UK making killer drones for use in Gaza. They were found guilty of a minor charge of criminal damage.
Judge Johnson kept the jury in the dark of his plans to sentence the four as terrorists. This is the first time in British legal history that anyone has been sentenced as a terrorist for damaging property. It's a very dark moment in an increasingly authoritarian Britain.
Thousands of legal professionals complained about Johnson's clear abuses of legal procedures to help the government's case for proscribing Palestine Action as a terrorist group.
Johnson has now proved this was always a show trial.
I explain how he rigged the two trials here: https://t.co/fXTkUAmIvh
Before-and-after images of the Roman ruins show that the Israeli strike blew off the top section of an ancient column - at a minimum. The entrance to the site was also completely shattered.
As someone who has wandered countless times through these picturesque vestiges, it was deeply dystopian to see debris scattered across Tyre’s cherished archaeological site.
I could not identify any military targets that would justify striking a UNESCO-protected area.
After allegedly smearing pro-Palestine LFI candidates in France, Israeli firm BlackCore is now also suspected of interference in NYC mayoral vote, won by @ZohranKMamdani, and against @JohnSwinney in Scotland, France says. My latest: https://t.co/lYMtYCGiXh
So when Brussels treats a settlement-goods measure as an ambitious step needing a legal breakthrough — that framing is itself the problem.
Under the ICJ ruling, this is the minimum. The bare floor of compliance. The EU is two years late to its own legal obligation and calling it leadership.
But here’s what the EU-mechanics crowd consistently misses —
The EU is congratulating itself for inching toward a floor it was legally obligated to reach in July 2024.

So why no action? One word: unanimity.
The Commission long argued that curbing settlement trade = sanctions, which fall under foreign policy (CFSP) and need all 27 to agree. That handed Hungary — and effectively Germany & Italy — a permanent veto.
That was the wall. It just cracked.

BREAKING: "Greater Israel" is now marketed in London. Like in Montreal and in New York.
Apartheid without borders.
P.S. This explains why criticism of Israel is being restricted (and "anti-antisemitism" laws keep appearing). Apartheid is not only a crime. It is a business model.
A harrowing read from Jonathan Cook. The deep cause of this catastrophe: the belief that Israel can only achieve its political goals through terror and mass murder:
'David Ben Gurion, Israel’s founding father, wrote to his son in 1937, 11 years before Israel’s creation: “We must expel the Arabs and take their places.”
'In a diary entry during the mass expulsions of 1948, Ben Gurion summarised the mood among his generals: “If we accuse a family – we need to harm them without mercy. Women and children without mercy. Otherwise this is not an effective reaction. During the operation, there is no need to distinguish between guilty and not guilty.”
'The goal was the weaponisation of fear, making Palestinians too terrified to remain in their homeland.
'Mordechai Maklef, a senior commander in the fledgling Israeli army, noted two years later, in 1950, the logic behind Israel’s policy: “It is impossible to expel 114,000 people who lived in the Galilee without terror.”' https://t.co/dbT3W1dh7y
Fuck you, @washingtonpost . Amal did not ‘die,’ she was deliberately targeted and murdered after receiving threats from the Israeli army. She was in touch with us, her colleagues, during this situation. We all know exactly what happened. Shame on you for intentionally diminishing the criminality of the actions of the Israeli army with this headline. Shame on all of you and your correspondents in Beirut.
I hope to see you on trial for your propaganda in my lifetime.
By the way, public service announcement: if you're one of the numerous people posting about Anthropic's dystopian ways and you're thinking about getting Claude to help you write that post... don't!
Another one of their terms is that you may not use Claude to do anything that "exposes [Anthropic to] reputational harms" 👇
And, if you do, under the - extremely unusual - clause 13 of their terms (https://t.co/z43rJNkvZu), you have PRE-AGREED, by using Anthropic (and accepted their terms), that the harm you've done is irreparable, that you won't oppose Anthropic injunction, and they don't need to prove actual damage.
They can simply go to a judge in a friendly jurisdiction (and of course, their terms precise that any dispute "will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California") and:
a) file an injunction that shuts you down
b) make you pay for everything since under section 11 of their terms you agree to indemnify Anthropic for "any and all liabilities, claims, damages, expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs), and other losses arising out of or related to your breach or alleged breach of these Terms."
In other words, if you use Claude to help you talk shit about Anthropic publicly, their terms say you pay their lawyers to go after you and you've already pre-agreed you've lost the case.
Oh, and cherry on the cake: in the odd case the judge were like "are you crazy, this is insanely abusive, you Anthropic are the ones at fault here," according to their terms Anthropic's maximum liability is... $100.
On the first day of the war, U.S. precision strikes killed 120 children at a school and 21 civilians at/near a sports hall. Just last night, precision strikes destroyed a drinking water facility serving 20,000 people in 100°F heat. “Very precise, very controlled.”
The purpose of the Israeli prison is not to rectify or punish, it is to completely dismantle the humanity and sanity of the Palestinian; to dismantle the Palestinian’s resolve for his homeland and future. These are death camps.
A soldier troubled by Israel's 1967 shoot-to-kill policy recalled a conversation with his commander: “I asked the officer: And if I hear babies crying, should I shoot them too? The answer I received was: Don’t be a girl.”
There is nothing unusual about Israeli soldiers murdering babies.
Israel is known to have killed more than 1,000 babies in Gaza under the age of one since 7 October 2023, not all of them anonymously in strikes from the air.
The Israeli military allowed a group of five premature babies in al-Nasser hospital to die and decompose in their incubators after its soldiers took over the building in late 2023.
Israeli commanders also knew that the first to die from a blockade of aid would be the most vulnerable. Babies froze or starved to death as the population was deprived of shelter, baby formula and food, with their mothers lacking sufficient nutrition to produce milk.
As the testimony from a soldier in 1967 noted, Israeli military doctrine encourages troops to stop seeing Palestinians, even Palestinian babies, as “human”. Their lives are considered worthless.
Israeli soldiers murdered another Palestinian baby last week in the West Bank, after they ambushed a car driven by a lecturer from Bethlehem university, Fahd Abu Haikal, in the Palestinian city of Hebron, which is under particularly brutal occupation.
One of the soldiers fired into the car, as it was slowing to a halt, from only a few metres away – from where he must have been able to see the passengers inside. The bullet killed Abu Haikal’s seventh-month-old baby, Sam, and wounded his wife, who was holding the infant. Abu Haikal’s 11-year-old son, also in the car, watched his baby brother bleed to death.
Israeli soldiers have been murdering Palestinian babies for decades. Yet none of it has roused an ounce of the outrage uniformly expressed by western media and politicians at Israel’s entirely fabricated claim that Hamas killed 40 babies on 7 October 2023.

From forced nudity at checkpoints to sexual violence in detention centres, this is the story of decades of systematic abuse against Palestinian women under Israeli military control
No, Joe Biden was not a helpless, senile good man who should’ve known better. It is the entire liberal order that was exposed for its farcical claims about any shred of concern for “human rights.”
The only way to be against a genocide is to stop sending money and weapons to the perpetrators.
Everything else is theatrics.
How could it be that the president of the most powerful empire in the 21st century was unable to close the tap of infinite military ‘aid’ to its favorite pet project in the Middle East?
Liberal US media knew this and continued to lie to Americans on a daily basis, justifying a merciless pounding campaign against Palestinians in Gaza.
Media analyst Adam Johnson offers empirical, quantifiable, and indisputable evidence of how liberal media completely covered up the Democrats' complicity in the genocide in Gaza.
