@Delta At 12:07am, one of your text reps left me waiting for an office that closed at midnight. I even tried to confirm this before I was asked to wait, and the person just stuck to their script. You sure are batting 1000 today! The problem is that my missing item is worth $1100!
@Delta and #WheresMySuitcase | You placed my item on the wrong flight. Your system shows it arrived at BDL on 3/21. You sent it out for delivery to my address around 2pm. It’s now after 12:30am 3/22. Where is my item? 2-hours on hold with phone/text reps. You need to fix this now
@Verizon I pay too much money to endure the circus you all have put me through. 9-days ago your system incorrectly quoted a delivery date for an order, I canceled it, and you confirmed it was canceled. The order is still linked to my account/phone number. FIX IT NOW! TODAY!

On 1/28/19 @8:20pm, my @kenmore washing machine (purchased from @Sears in 2009) started shaking and then blew up. @Sears sent a technician, verified the problem was a manufacturer defect, promised to send a replacement, but now they won't send it. #LIARS!

@comcastcares Just started service/completed a self-install. The cable signal is not strong enough to support cable/internet. Technician is scheduled for tomorrow. Took me 5 calls to get to this point. At least one CS Rep was rude and basically encouraged me to cancel my service. Unacceptable!

@comcastcares You need to bring in a consultant to help you develop some customer service goals (informed by your key stakeholders: customers). You then need to analyze your technical systems and training programs to find and reduce/eliminate barriers to achieving those goals.
