@katquachlaw I agree that what they did was abhorrent, but to what degree can intention be interpreted by the different parties? Does an expletive beside a specific gender, race, religion, etc. count as #intent ? At that point isn’t the government assuming responsibility for deciding intent?

@stephanieglaw @kveiner @laurenl_law I believe since this was in a minimal security ‘wellness house’, there should not be any blame on the employees. While you may claim that they were #negligent , without clear evidence they weren’t following protocols there should not be any reprecussions towards the guards.
