@BukkyOA Thank you for your understanding! As a leader, how to minimize their weakness and maximize their strength is very important to the success of the group..... Because they are the ones that make group very interesting/lively! If they keep quiet it makes the Group more awkward!

@BukkyOA Most times they are blessings in disguise to the group because sometimes or most times in the process of over sharing they make some valid points that leaders in the group can leverage on and will later help the group !
