Having the words 'fossil fuels' in the text is an important political signal, but it's a far cry from the 'historic' outcome we were all calling for - it is almost the weakest credible phrase

AOSIS - want to note their 'grievance' that they are ONLY accepting the use of 'dialogue' in place of the facility in the L&D text on the assurance that the facility will be adopted during COP27. Want this on the record.
