The death toll in Gaza has now surpassed that. And the children are literally being pulled out with their limbs found in different places due to the impact of the blasts. This is not including the overall civilian death toll, the lost homes, the trauma, the starvation, the shut off water and electricity, the destruction of the hospital system, & the erasure of journalists to tell you their story.

Let’s agree that the murder of children is always evil no matter who does it. How do you feel knowing that Israel is murdering Palestinian children with full US weaponry and sanction, and the President and your favorite celebrities don’t have a word to say about it. By the way, collective punishment is a war crime by international legal consensus. But so is apartheid and that didn’t seem to matter either.

A night in which the death toll in Gaza has surpassed 1,500 (over 500 being children), and human rights watch has confirmed that Israel has used chemical weapons on a civilian population. Refuse the erasure of Palestinian humanity. Now is the time for athletes and people of influence to stand.

Our Palestinian casualties are always your footnotes. The daily humiliation of occupation ignored. The aggression by settlers and soldiers alike on holy sites and souls. So if you’re waking up to a sudden interest in the region and want to know what’s been happening, dig a bit deeper than 2 weeks and try to read beyond the headlines of a media that has been dehumanizing us for decades.

Gaza is now out of fuel.

Whatever is left of their hospital system is about to collapse entirely.

With over a 1000 dead (hundreds being children), the wounded now have no treatment and aid has been shut off from all directions. Without electricity, the few voices from the ground will also disappear. What little remains of the now cut off water supply will dry up.

This is genocide. Every voice of conscience needs to raise awareness however they can and demand an end to this now.
