The obsession with creating false equivalence is astonishing.

The Kashmir Files depicts the targeted persecution and exodus of Kashmiri Pandits at the hands of Islmist trrorists. There was no parallel campaign where Kashmiri Pandits were abducting or terrorizing Kashmiri Muslims, nor were Hindus in Kerala waging an extremist movement against Mslms & hindus who stood against them.

A film is perceived as humanizing or whitewashing pro-Khalistan elements while downplaying the brutality of Khlistani trrorism or appearing to celebrate political assassinations, it is not remotely comparable to a film centered on the suffering of terror victims.

Pune’s Ketan Agarwal was allegedly pushed into a 400-foot gorge at Lohagad Fort by his fiancée Siya Goyal and Chetan Chaudhary.

Now the investigation has revealed something even more chilling.

Before Ketan’s m*rder, Siya Goyal searched the Raja Raghuvanshi case on Google and also searched whether women are beaten in police custody.

This looks like preparation, fear calculation, and betrayal.

He was 14 years old when Indian Passport Act 1967 cleared any doubts about it

He was 24 years old when he became an advocate in 1977 when this was further clarified in Maneka Gandhi vs Union of India case

He was 59 years old when he joined Supreme Court in 2012 and watched Mumbai High court again say Passport is not citizenship proof in 2013

•    5th April 2017, Ajay Thakur, a leader of the Hindu Shiv Sena (Thackeray), was shot dead near Gurdaspur by three motorcycle-borne assailants.
•    On 23rd April 2017, Shiv Sena leader Durga Prasad Gupta was shot dead in Khanna by two unidentified motorcycle borne assailants
•    On 17th October 2017, BJP leader and Sangh pracharak Ravindra Gosai was gunned down by two motorcycle-borne assailants outside his home in Ludhiana.
•    On 30th October 2017, another Hindu leader Vipin Sharma, President of Hindu Sangharsh Sena, was shot seven times by two unidentified motorcycle-borne youth in Amritsar. He succumbed to his injuries on way to hospital.

- It's a great one time watch movie

Movies are made for
-theatrical release
- OTT release Only
The cuts demanded by CBFC are for theatrical release which can then be released with same cuts on OTT...
But an 'only OTT' release doesn't have to go through CBFC cuts.
The film was strategically renamed Satluj from Punjab95 without any noise. It then bypassed theatrical release and without delay was released on OTT since these platforms are self regulated and can release a movie without certification.
The makers including Diljit never promoted, marketed or even talked about the new name or the film. The Ministry was kept under impression that discussions regarding a movie named 'Punjab95' are still on when the same movie under a different name was simultaneously dropped on Zee5 without any whiff to anyone.
The Ministry was caught off guard. An already organised piracy brigade was set lose in India with full support of the makers to make sure the propaganda movie reaches all SM, Telegram, WhatsApp and what not....

This is all planned and then executed

Now here what has to be seen is that Zee5 is completely complicit in this planning and so this makes it important for the Ministry to review the unchecked freedom these OTT platforms have... And investigate and take action on Zee5 accordingly. Zeeglobal is still streaming the movie.
