@DoctorScience7@ISBE2022@BehavEcol Hi Josh, I’ve followed up with the conference manager. They got the mail outs to the people listed in my last reply on Friday and will email everyone else on Monday. Info has also been posted on the ISBE & ISBE2020 websites and will also appear in the upcoming Society newsletter.
POSTPONEMENT OF #ISBE2020
Given the COVID-19 situation, the local organising committee and ISBE Executive Council have made the decision to postpone the ISBE2020 Congress.

@BehavEcol
@DoctorScience7@ISBE2022@BehavEcol Registered delegates, abstract authors, plenary speakers, exhibitors and sponsors were contacted via email ahead of twitter and Facebook. This was very important to us. I’m really sorry that you did not receive an email. I will follow up with our conference manager.
@DrTainaConrad@BehavEcol Thanks Tania. We wanted to take decisive action early to minimise uncertainty for the behavioral ecology community. Two years will also give us a bit more temporal distance from the current situation. See you in 2022!!
Lastly, thanks to all those who have sent private messages of support and offers of assistance. So grateful to be a part of such an amazing community, especially during these uncertain times. 🙏

COVID-19 update (11 March): we are working with our professional conference organisers on a risk management plan, which we aim to present to ISBE Council this week.
In the meantime, a reminder that there are several ways to keep up to date...

@Jordan_Boersma@BehavEcol Hope this clarifies things (from the treasurer):
“Applicants don't have to be members at the time they submit their applications BUT if an applicant receives funding, then yes, they need to be members. They can join at the membership-only rate, which is $57 USD for two years.”
Here's a gentle nudge to remind you to get your #ISBE2020 travel award applications submitted by the 2 March deadline. @BehavEcol
