For what it stands right now for Windows 11 it seems to be oriented towards connection problems whilst for windows 10 it is the same old issues

We'll have to wait and see

As some people have commented however they have "stabalized" the connection a bit which does allow in some instances players to play in 1 bar connection however it is not a 100% fix
