Extremely disappointed with the claim support from Chola Insurance.
I have been paying a substantial premium and chose Chola Insurance based on the recommendation and trust of the Volkswagen showroom. Unfortunately, after my accident on 8 Sept, I have received virtually no support or proper response for more than 10 days.
Mahindra pickup hit the right rear door, rear fender and toe area, causing significant damage/denting. Due to the impact, my car became uncontrolled, but fortunately I managed to regain control and avoided a much more serious collision. The vehicle also sustained a minor bump/scratch on the left front body above the tyre.I explained the complete incident to the Chola representative. I received only one call, during which the representative spoke very rudely, did not properly listen to my explanation, and stated that he could not process the claim because, according to him, there was no justification.Since then, despite repeatedly calling and following up, I have received no meaningful response, assistance, or even basic courtesy regarding the status of my claim.I chose Chola Insurance with trust, but this experience has been extremely disappointing and has made me regret that decision. Please look into my claim urgently and provide a proper written explanation and resolution. If Chola is unwilling or unable to provide support under my policy, I would request guidance on cancellation of the policy and the applicable refund process.
@Volkswagen_India — Since this insurance was recommended through your showroom, I request your intervention as well.
Policyholder deserves a response and fair assistance when a genuine claim is raised.
