@RailMadad I booked a ticket from Puducherry (PDY) to Howrah Jn (HWH) with PNR No. 4857974034 for the travel date of May 27, 2026. Although I cancelled the ticket on May 19, 2026, the refund amount of Rs. 4030.72 has not yet been credited to my account.

@RailwaySeva @RailMinIndia @SWRRLY @drmsdah @drmhowrah @AshwiniVaishnaw I was go today 26.202024 for a ticket booking to BNR counter but they said today is bank closed we can't book. I do some questions them than they misbehave. If open the counter why not booked.
Pls clarify.
