@KrishanPhogatt It is the recurring pronouncements of SC that rules of the game can't be changed midway,in different cases. How any qualification which was conceived by NCTE post the appointments of teachers can be imposed on teachers appointed before the advent of RTE act.

@RahulGandhi Rahul jee,TET has been imposed on us teachers teaching for decades. Imposing a new qualification on already working teachers is unconstitutional,sir. We are 2.5 million affected teacher across the nation. We want your attention towards this matter

Appointed before the advent of RTE & 86th constitution amendment. Training are important,don't punish us if we can't pass TET owing to SIR,census and school worrks.

@Cjikant take suo motto cognizance of TET matter . No qualication can be imposed after decades of service on teachers,sir. Constitutional bench of SC also ruled it on 7 November 24. Training can be given to teachers but to expel them out of services in the name of TET injustice

@ashishsood_bjp various petitions are being filed by states & unions for teachers appointed before RTE act,to not impose TET on those teachers in SC. Request Delhi govt too to file a petition in SC for its teachers who have been teaching for decades.
