There is a heavy rush of unauthorized passengers in the reserved coach and no railway staff is present to manage the situation. This caused great inconvenience and safety concerns. Kindly take strict action to prevent such issues

The complainant 2023090100532 was close before attending, Concern TT was in AC, Attended by 1 staff of RPF at Godhra he was forced to sign the paper without closing the concern. RPF RTM attended the 12am issue at 6am till it was settled.
