@DarthNoobSaibot @AnnemarieDray Agreed. To full transition to a 3-4-3 it needed time, money and patience. At least 4 windows of investment and clearing out deadwood. I just don’t know if I can get excited for another “project” because I don’t trust the board to actually execute one
