Introduced my eldest to gunpla via bear gundams. We now have a small army of little plastic model bears. 5 of them to be exact. With 2 waiting to be built. She’s a wee bit obsessed. Not that I mind, really.

Alex has always been somewhat jealous of the pretty dresses that his twin sister and older sister wear. So mom got him a blue dress with a print of construction vehicles. And he is now the happiest 3 yr old

@howardtayler Yeah. I have memory issues. Which, ironically, makes it kind of hard for me to remember to take the meds that help. If you can find a foolproof solution I'd love to know. Getting family members involved helps.

@m1jordanallen I've been fighting that for 4 or 5 years with my packs. Every 4 months or so I have to go in and ask them to nuke a bunch of copyh cats. Haven't bothered in a while, it's fatiguing.

@howardtayler I hear you about hotel beds. I have insomnia as well and I have tweaked me bed to meet my specific comfort requirements, to the point that it minimizes the impact my insomnia has on my life. The downside is, well, no other bed will do now. That first night away? Sleep? Hah!

@howardtayler What happened, if you don't mind me asking? Sounds kind of like what happened when our upstairs bathroom leaked and we had to de-mold the downstairs. Loud is a good description of the process, if perhaps a mite bit of an understatement.
