Some of them I have simplified but I assure you there are ways to implement them constitutionally.

Eg. Constitution says you cannot target a certain group based on ethnicity but it doesn’t…

That is also possible, inflate prices of everything, including bread, everybody pays the same for every product but at the end of the tax year, we will reimburse them through indigenous tax returns!
