Sometimes it’s helpful to admit to yourself that you don’t really know the way, and to openly accept help from the most unexpected sources. Maybe it’s a support group, a conversation with a neighbor, or a hug from a coworker. #support#supportgroup#supportsession#supportisle
If you don’t want to move forward yet, it
means it’s not time yet. We may not understand why
everything is like it is in life, but for sure everything
happens for a reason. Solving one problem will result in
another. I choose life, not
a problem.

When we take a step back from our problem, we notice the whole. Then we are able to identify the problem as a separate thing from us. It’s as if you’re going through the rooms of your house, open the door, and there’s a different choice behind each door. #support#supportgroup
What happens when we try to replace an old habit with a new one? The brain is frightened and tries to keep our old responses because it's easier. After all, going down the mountain without a path is much more difficult than driving down a ready made path.
In order not to lose motivation and self-confidence, we can change the old habit, by taking small steps. We won’t even notice how we start to change automatic modes, old habits. It helps a lot to admit it to yourself, to talk to other people whose experience is similar to ours.
Have you ever thought that we get too little rest? We are overloaded with jobs, tasks, goals, desires... If we think we don’t have enough time, we reduce our sleep, time with relatives and so on. But it does not help feel better.
How do you take care of yourself?

How many of us have caught ourselves judging a person because his friends don't like him, he holds a low position, or comes to a date with an old car. Our prejudices have been shaped by past events, our experiences, the people around us, and more. #supportisle#mentalhealth
Would it not be amazing if we could just be able to accept new people, new situations, new events without prejudice, and with the so-called "novice mindset". I will accept the situation as it is.
How easy is it for You to trust the novice mindset?

Nature is so rich, and there is so much that can be gained from it – slower pace of life, observation of your surroundings, calmer inner-self, more awareness and understanding. Do you sometimes look at the sky? #support#supportisle#listenandbeheard#mental#mentalhealth
We limit ourselves by saying we won’t succeed, we’re too poor, we can’t, we don’t know, we’re not worth it. Who else is going to do it for you, but you? Take responsibility for your actions and live truly on your own. #support#supportgroup#supportsession#supportisle
We complain so much about how dissatisfied we are with our current life. We complain and grumble, but most likely we just want some compassion, understanding, support or encouragement from others. Is that not so? Those unmet needs hold us down. #support#supportisle
