Allah! He ﷺ is in the prayer with His Lord, yet he addresses the sahaba and tells them their movements within the prayer are not hidden from him! His witnessing his Lord does not veil him from creation and his witnessing creation does not distract him from his Lord ﷺ 😍.

إِن��ّ اللَّهَ وَمَلَائِكَتَهُ يُصَلُّونَ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ ۚ يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا صَلُّوا عَلَيْهِ وَسَلِّمُوا تَسْلِيمًا

Allah &His angels send blessings on the Prophet: O ye that believe! Send blessings on him, &salute him (with a) beautiful salutation

Is all we can do is speak? Is it only words?

Yes, actions speak louder than words. Yet also remember, actions (removal of oppression, establishing justice) are a product of an "idea" and ideologies are made by words.

Don't belittle, don't be a pessimist. Be positive, plant and he seed will grow, by the permission of Allah.
