While at the hospital, @IsobelYeung witnessed the moment a 1-year-old boy named Mohammad Omar died.

A pediatrician on duty told CNN that the mortality rates of babies there have increased by 3 to 4% since US funding cuts took effect.

She describes the gut wrenching scene.
