@FoolOfD Honestly I doubt money's the major factor in having kids. Else wouldn't make sense why poorer people tend to have more kids. I just think having kids is seen as more trouble than it's worth for most of the population.

@twinkdefcon Vegas was generally cheap outside of the gambling. The economy has stagnated and there's heavy investment (all the Formula 1 stuff, the sphere, etc) so there's an incentive to extract as much money as possible from tourists. Intl tourism is also pretty much gone
