They said my channel is appropriate to reinstate after re-review, they said they will move my channel to a new channel URL, that’s means I create a new channel and said them?

Hello, our 1.3 M subscribers channel suddenly got terminated.
I tried to appeal but the appeal never delivered to the team or getting review.

And I don't know what the hell is going on because the reason for terminating on our channel is weird. Never heard this kind of reason.

Appeal never delivered, chatted with creator support and YouTube staff on WhatsApp, they say it is weird too for my scenario.
