@MelissaLawford HA @SBHGLondon built 18m+ Issigonis House in 2009. Fire doors, missing cavity barriers & installed timber cladding all in breach of building regs. @NHBC acted as Buiding control & shockingly approved this. Spec & cost of remedials tbc & awaiting confirmation of cost liability.
