I don't know if it's an allergy, but when I sweat, get drenched in rain, or after taking a bath, my body itches badly.

Sugar syrup makes my skin itch, and if I eat more than one slice of pawpaw, I'll have a bad tummy ache.

I get headaches from consuming too much oil, my sister and dad do too. One time, I used excess oil and felt like I was dying, so I stuck my hand in my throat to vomit the food I cooked to feel alright.
