It’s textbook blaming the victim. The Democrat party is run by psychopaths and ethno-narcissists who are addicted to blame shifting. They use their academic imprimatur, or the authority of their office (eg. Jasmine Crockett) to legitimise the unjust & illegitimate inclinations of their constituents. It’s a mutual feedback loop in which Democrat murderers can do no wrong, and anyone they victimise was in fact asking for it.
